December 1 –April 1 

The City of Methuen Winter Parking Ban is in effect from December 1 until April 1 each year. When the Winter Parking Ban is being enforced, NO vehicles will be permitted to park on any roadway between 1am and 6am. Vehicles in violation of the ordinance will be ticketed and are subject to being towed. The ban is enforced based on inclement weather and snow removal operations.

To address concerns over the Winter Parking Ban, the Methuen Police Department has established a Winter Parking Ban Information Line. Please check it daily for updates in regard to enforcement of the Winter Parking Ban, as well as the parking instructions associated with the ban.
