Copies of Incident Reports
Copies of Incident Reports that are currently pending in court will not be given out by the Records Division. Copies of these records are available through Lawrence District Court.
Copies of Officer Crash Reports
Copies of Officer Crash Reports will not be given out until the operators have filed their "Commonwealth of Massachusetts Operator's Report" form with this department.
There are two options to obtain a Methuen Police Department officer's crash report:
- The first option is to purchase it from the police station records office for the cost of $0.50 a side, amounting to $1 per report unless it was a multi-car crash.
- The second option would be to purchase the accident report on the CrashLogic website. The cost to purchase a report on the website is $10.
