- Massachusetts Frontline Worker Resource Guide: New website centralizing resources for our incredible health care workers and first responders who have been on the frontline in protecting our communities during the COVID-19 emergency
- Lifeline Program: MassHealth is increasing telehealth access during the COVID-19 emergency with its new Lifeline Program, a subsidized phone and internet service system that provides no cost or low-cost service to Massachusetts residents.
- Samaritans: A free, confidential, 24/7 listening ear during the COVID-19 emergency. Call or text their helpline any time at 877-870-4673
- SafeLink: The state's 24/7, toll-free and confidential domestic violence hotline - now includes services for survivors of sexual assault. If you need support, call 877-785-2020
- Nursing Home Resource Line: A dedicated telephone line that will connect family members of nursing home and rest home residents with the information and resources they need. 9 am - 5 pm, seven days a week, 617-660-5399.
- Massachusetts COVID-19 Relief Fund: Massachusetts has established a COVID-19 Relief Fund to help residents during the current emergency. This new fund, which has already raised over $13 million, will greatly support those across the state most impacted by this health crisis.
- Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center: If you are experiencing any type of abuse at home - verbal, physical, emotional, sexual, etc. - the Jeanne Geiger Crisis Center is providing CONFIDENTIAL, critical access to resources for those experiencing domestic violence in Massachusetts during the COVID-19 emergency. 24/7 Confidential Hotline is available at 978-388-1888; 800-439-0183
- Virtual Coffee Talks - Veterans Talk and BINGO: Join the talk to meet other veterans and learn about resources! Bingo will be happening online via the Zoom app on Wednesday's at 7:30 pm. Registration is required and its free to play. The player who wins the most games will receive a $25 gift certificate to Market Basket. To register please email Coffee Talk Session - upon registration you will receive your bingo cards via email.

- COVID-19 Health Web App: This new online, 24/7 resource does not replace emergency medical care but can be used as a helpful tool for residents to connect with health care resources and providers. It is free for Massachusetts residents and uses the latest COVID-19 guidance from both the CDC and Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
- COVID-19 Notification Texts: Allows residents to subscribe to real-time notifications by texting the keyword COVIDMA to 888-777. After signing up, state and public health officials will send short messages and links to information directly to your cell phone or other mobile device.
