Objective

The primary goal of the Human Resources Department is to equip the residents of Methuen with a skilled municipal workforce that undergoes comprehensive training and supports the efficient functioning of the City. Our responsibilities encompass the management of employee benefits and active involvement in developing and enforcing policies and procedures that safeguard both employees and citizens. We strive to cultivate a positive atmosphere for interacting with the City and to foster a productive and fulfilling work environment for our staff.
