Take 495 North to Exit 40B towards 93 North. Take 93 North to Exit 47/48 take the (Rt. 213) Loop Connector exit, Take Exit 2 off of 213, bear right off exit, at 3rd set of traffic lights take a left onto Charles Street, keep straight on Pleasant Street, City Hall is on the right after stop sign.  

FROM THE NORTH
Take 93 South to Exit 48 stay toward the left towards (Rt. 213) Loop Connector Methuen/Haverhill, Take Exit 2 off of 213, bear right off exit, at 3rd set of traffic lights take a left onto Charles Street, keep straight on Pleasant Street, City Hall is on the right after stop sign.
