Mission Statement: The City of Methuen's Customer Service Center is designed to consolidate routine over the counter City transactions into one office. Methuen residents can conduct their business in City Hall quickly and easily. The Customer Service Center is staffed with clerks from the Assessing, Treasury and City Clerk's Offices.
